Aqua Park

How long is an Aqua Park session


An Aqua Park session lasts for 60 minutes, the clock starts from when the last person gets on the park.




What do you offer for birthday parties?

Do children need to be accompanied while on the Aqua Park?


  • Children aged between 6 - 7 years must have an adult on the park with them during their session in a ratio of 1:3
  • Participants aged 8 - 15 years must have an adult onsite at all times.
  • Particpants ages 16 years and above




Can I wear eye wear on the Aqua Park?


Unfortunately goggles, glasses or any other eyewear cannot be worn due to injury being cuased




Is there lifeguards on the park?


Yes we have lifeguards on the park during your visit.




When should I arrive?


Please arrive 30 miniutes before your booking so you can check-in, get changed and have your safety briefing. Failing to check-in on time could mean missing out on session time.




What do I bring with me?


All you need to bring is:

  • Swimming Costume
  • Towel
  • Warm Clothes
  • Wooly hat (for cold days)
We will provide the rest!





Geneal

Do I need to pay parking?


There is no need to pay for parking; this is free to all of our customers. Just make sure to bring your car registration with you to write down at reception. After you have done this, you are all set, just drive out the barrier at the end of your session. There is no need to visit the parking machine.




Can I bring my own picnic?


No, picnics are not allowed on our site. We have a burger van where you can purchase food from.




Can I bring my dog?


Yes dogs are welcome in the spectators area as long as they ar, all we ask is that you are respectful to other customers and make sure you clean up your dogs mess. All we ask is that you keep your dog on a lead at all times.




Do you have food on-site?


Yes, we have a burger van on-site which serves a selection of food including burgers, hot dogs, baguettes, and chips.




Do you provide wetsuits?


Yes, wetsuits are all provided within the cost. We have a variety of sizes available to cover the majority of people.




Where can I put my personal items during my session?


We have lockers available for £3 per lock, place all your items in the locker and you won't need to worry about leaving them anywhere! Once you have purchased a padlock, it is yours to keep. Make sure to keep it safe for your next visit!




Do you have showers?


Yes, we have eco friendly showers that you can rinse off after you exit the lake, please note that these are cold showers, no soaps or shampoo are allowed to be used in these showers.




Can I bring my GoPro?


Yes, you can capture your exciting experience on a Go-Pro however, this must be mounted in the chest mount postion and be placed under your buoyancy aid




What is your wet weather policy?


We operate as usual during all weather unless we have thunderstorms or high winds. Unfortunately, these can't be predicted, and your session could be cancelled or delayed last minute.




What do I need to bring with me?

Do you have lifegaurds?


Yes we have plenty of lifeguards on the park during your visit who are there to keep eveyone safe.





Swimming

Do I have to wear a wetsuit?


No, wetsuits are not compulsory, but a tow float does need to be worn if you are not wearing a suit.




Do you hire wetsuits


No we do not hire wetsuits, if you are interested in buying or hiring a suit why not head to The Pedal Station?




How long can I swim for?


Sessions last for 1 hour in the lanes.
