To cancel a booking, you need to login to our booking system and cancel your booking, alternatively, you can contact our team who will process your cancellation. Your booking will be issued as followed.
48 hours or more - A full credit will be issued which you can use at a later date.
48 hours or less - No refunds are available.
You are entitled to amend your booking date but this will be subject to availability. You may change your booking up to 24 hours before your start time. Please note that all bookings are final and the credit will be assigned to your customer account.
