Based in the heart of the Midlands, we are the home of family memories. We are a water sports venue based on the outskirts of Birmingham. Cliff Lakes is the perfect destination for families, friends, and groups looking for a fun-filled day out.

Looking Ahead to 2027

Our 2026 Aqualand season has now come to an end, and what a summer it’s been! Thank you to everyone who joined us on the water and helped make it another unforgettable season at Cliff Lakes.

Open Water Swimming is continuing a little longer, with our Summer Swimming sessions running on Saturdays only until 26th September. We’ll then take a short break before returning on 7th November for the start of our Winter Swimming season.

We’ll be back in May 2027 with Aqualand returning for another summer of fun, featuring our full range of Aqua Parks and X Tower.
